NEW COLOUR CLIENTS
If you are new to having a colour service done at HOLDENGRACE and are unsure of which service to book, we recommend that you start with a consultation, which can be done virtually. This will allow our colourists to spend the time to understand your hair goals in order to quote a cost estimate and schedule the correct time in order to achieve the desired look.
COST OF SERVICE
Our hair colouring/lightening service cost is comprised of two components; the cost of labor and the cost of product, which is broken up into these two components on your receipt. We use a smart scale technology, which allows us to measure the cost of the colour/lightening/toning/developer product we use in our services, down to the gram per dollar. This ensures transparency of cost and helps us reduce waste.
For all appointments that are 4 hours or longer, we require a 25% deposit of the service fee at the time of booking and if appointments are made online, once of our coordinators will contact you to take the payment. Deposits made for future color service appointments during in-house or virtual complimentary consultations are non-refundable. However, they can be carried forward towards another hair service appointment if a re-schedule is necessary. All deposits are non-transferable if an appointment is no-showed or cancelled beyond our 24-hour / 48- hour cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
By providing your credit card information, you authorize HOLDENGRACE to charge your Credit Card for the below stated charges.
We require a valid credit card number for all bookings. Without a credit card, we will NOT reserve your appointment.
Appointments that are ‘No-Showed’, 100% of the ‘listed’ appointment fee, will be charged to your Credit Card.
Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% charge of the ‘listed’ appointment fee, will be charged to your Credit Card.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your haircut or colour service, we encourage you to let us know immediately so that we can do all that we can to make you happy. We allow a 1 week period from the date of service to accommodate any re-do services.
COVID-19 PROCEDURES & PROTOCOLS
We are following strict sanitation and disinfecting guidelines to ensure the safety of both our staff and of our guests. We have implemented the cleaning and disinfecting of all hard surfaces within the studio such as chairs, tables, door handles, debit terminals, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. In addition to this, each hair work-station and tool used in our hair services, will be disinfected between each appointment. We have extended the length of time allotted for all services to allow for this.
Masking is optional. In addition to this, guests who would prefer their service provider to be masked, we are happy to do so during your appointment and we ask those of you to please mention this while booking your appointment or upon arrival to the studio of your scheduled appointment and your service provider will be masked for the duration of your appointment.
