NEW COLOUR CLIENTS
If you are new to having a colour service done at HOLDENGRACE and are unsure of which service to book, we recommend that you start with a consultation, which can be done virtually. This will allow our colourists to spend the time to understand your hair goals in order to quote a cost estimate and schedule the correct time in order to achieve the desired look.
COST OF SERVICE
Our hair colouring/lightening service cost is comprised of two components; the cost of labor and the cost of product, which is broken up into these two components on your receipt. We use a smart scale technology, which allows us to measure the cost of the colour/lightening/toning/developer product we use in our services, down to the gram per dollar. This ensures transparency of cost and helps us reduce waste.
For all appointments that are 4 hours or longer, we require a 25% deposit of the service fee at the time of booking and if appointments are made online, once of our coordinators will contact you to take the payment. Deposits made for future color service appointments during in-house or virtual complimentary consultations are non-refundable. However, they can be carried forward towards another hair service appointment if a re-schedule is necessary. All deposits are non-transferable if an appointment is no-showed or cancelled beyond our 24-hour / 48- hour cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We require a valid credit card number for all bookings. Without a credit card, we will NOT reserve your appointment. Any appointments that are “no-showed” will be charged the full amount of the service/s. Appointments that are cancelled within less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge of your service as a cancellation fee. If your appointment requires 3 or more hours, 48 hours notice is required to cancel or you are subject to a 50% charge of the service cost. By providing your credit card info, you are authorizing HOLDENGRACE for the above stated charges.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your haircut or colour service, we encourage you to let us know immediately so that we can do all that we can to make you happy. We allow a 1 week period from the date of service to accommodate any re-do services which must be done with the original stylist.
COVID-19 PROCEDURES & PROTOCOLS
We are following strict sanitation and disinfecting guidelines to ensure the safety of both our staff and of our guests. We have implemented the cleaning and disinfecting of all hard surfaces within the studio. In addition to this, each hair workstation and tool used in our hair services will be disinfected between each appointment. We have extended the length of time allotted for all services to allow for this.
Upon entry of the studio, each guest MUST sanitize their hands at the ‘hand sanitizer station’ located to the right of the entry doors. In addition, each guest MUST wear a mask in order to have their service done. If you do not have a mask, we will provide a mask for you at the cost of $1.00.
During this time, unfortunately, we will not be serving food or beverages.
