No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you.

International customers are responsible for shipping costs, and rates will be calculated at checkout. Rates do not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST, sales tax), customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or any local charges.

Free Shipping in Canada

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes and discounts) within Canada.

  • For orders under $75 CAD, standard shipping rates apply.


Fast Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.


Delivery Estimates

Within Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days


Customs and Duties

If you are ordering from outside Canada, your country’s customs authority may require you to pay import duties, VAT/GST/sales tax, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges before the parcel is released.

These fees:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • Are not collected by HOLDENGRACE at checkout

  • Are not controlled or adjustable by us

  • Are non-refundable under any circumstance

Because these charges are determined solely by your country’s customs office or courier, we are unable to estimate or influence them. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that all import charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot guarantee customs clearance times or prevent customs delays. Your order may be held, inspected, or returned by customs according to your country’s processes.


Refusal to Pay Duties or Customs Fees / Returned International Packages

If you refuse to pay the required customs charges, or if the parcel is rejected, unclaimed, or unable to be delivered due to unpaid duties or local regulations, the package may be returned to HOLDENGRACE.

If this occurs:

  • Return shipping costs, customs charges, brokerage fees, and any other carrier-billed fees will be deducted from your refund

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling, packaging, inspection, and administrative processing

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable

We can only process refunds once the parcel is successfully returned and inspected.

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe, reliable delivery. All available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.


Return & Exchange Policy

All retail purchases are considered final sale, and returns are not accepted.

This policy ensures the quality, hygiene, and integrity of every product offered at HOLDENGRACE. We encourage you to carefully review your items before leaving our studio or completing your online purchase.


Exchanges and Store Credit

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us promptly. We will gladly assist you with an exchange or issue store credit.

Store credits apply to retail items only and cannot be used toward services.
